Our sales staff communicate with Australian customers to determine their specific operating scenarios and make detailed design plans, including the parameters, structural design and appearance of the main body of the wheel loader and the wooden fork attachment. We present the design scheme to the customer and confirm it repeatedly through online meetings to ensure that the design scheme fully meets the customer’s expectations.
After the equipment and attachments are manufactured, we invite the customer to conduct on-site acceptance or remote acceptance through video link. According to the pre-agreed acceptance criteria, the performance, function and appearance of the equipment will be fully inspected. The customer receives the equipment and uses it in forestry operations, and praises the performance of the equipment.
