New car break-in plays an important role in prolonging the service life of the machine, eliminating hidden faults and avoiding the occurrence of major failures. After purchasing a wheel loader, you must operate and maintain the machine in accordance with the regulations regarding new vehicle break-in before you can use the machine normally.

New wheel loader break-in requirements

1. The break-in period for new vehicles is 100 hours.
2. After each start-up, first idle for 5 minutes. The machine should start slowly with smooth and low speed, and then gradually increase the speed.
3. During the break-in period, the forward and reverse gears should be evenly arranged for break-in.
4. Except for emergencies, sudden starting, sudden acceleration, sudden turning and sudden braking should be avoided.
5. During the break-in period, it is appropriate to load loose materials, and the operation shall not be too violent and too rapid. During the break-in period, the loading weight shall not exceed 70% of the rated load, and the driving speed shall not exceed 70% of the rated maximum speed.
6. Pay attention to the lubrication of the machine, replace or add lubricating oil and grease according to the specified time period.
7. Pay attention to the temperature of gearbox, torque converter, drive axle, wheel hub, parking brake, intermediate support shaft and hydraulic oil, engine coolant, engine oil, if there is any overheating phenomenon, should find out the reason for elimination.
8. Check the tightness of bolts and nuts of each part.

The new wheel loader should be carried out after eight hours of break-in as follows

1. Comprehensively check the tightness of bolts and nuts of all parts, especially the engine cylinder head bolts, exhaust pipe bolts, drive axle bolts, rim nuts, drive shaft connecting bolts and rim nuts.
Rim nuts, drive shaft bolts, engine bolts, gearbox bolts, front and rear frame bolts.
2. Check the tightness of the fan belt (if equipped), engine belt and air-conditioning compressor belt.
3. Check the gearbox oil level, drive axle oil level, hydraulic oil level and engine oil level.
4. Check the hydraulic system and brake system for leakage.
5. Check the linkage fixation of each lever and throttle lever (if equipped).
6. Check the temperature and connection of each part of the electrical system, generator power supply status, lighting and turn signal lamps and other working conditions.

New wheel loader break-in period after the completion of work

1. Comprehensively check the fastening of bolts and nuts of all parts. In particular, the engine cylinder head bolts, exhaust pipe bolts and drive axle bolts, rim nuts, drive shaft bolts engine bolts, transmission bolts, front and rear frame hinge bolts, etc., should be checked. 2. Check the fan belt (if equipped), generator belt, air conditioning compressor belt tightness. 3.

4. Replace transmission oil and drive axle lubricant.
5. Replace the gearbox oil fine filter and clean the gearbox oil coarse filter.
6. Clean the oil return filter of the hydraulic oil tank.
